How to purchase#

To purchase our hardware on behalf of a business or institution, you can follow our general purchasing process:

  1. Create a list of part numbers and quantities and send it to
  2. Wait for us to respond with a lead time and any applicable quantity/institution discounts.
  3. Send an email to with a purchase order attached as a PDF.

Please ensure purchase orders are sent as PDF documents with the following:

  • Your company name and contact information.
  • The part numbers and quantities you are ordering.
  • Your shipping address.

Lead times#

Since most of our Persanix™ exclusives are manufactured in-house, we often have the capacity to produce quantities beyond those listed on our website.

For high-volume orders, we may need to acquire additional materials. To ensure we can meet your desired timeframe, please send an inquiry to with your desired quantities prior to submitting your purchase order.

Standard lead times range from 1-2 weeks with high-volume orders typically requiring 3-4 weeks (and beyond).

Please note, Persanix™ does not offer any type of rush service.

Quantity and institution discounts#

Persanix™ hardware is priced as competitively as possible but we may be able to offer a small discount for high-volume orders and educational institutions.

We'll automatically apply a discount to your purchase order invoice if an order qualifies for one. Discounts do not typically go above 7.5% for any hardware.

Source surplus program#

For educational institutions only*

Persanix™ accumulates an excess of components that do not meet our selection criteria for hardware we source. We can offer these components to you at deeply discounted rates.
